Baltimore, Md. – June 24, 2008 – Planit, the Baltimore-based marketing communications agency, has been selected by Merritt Properties to produce and direct its strategic public relations and interactive initiatives.
Planit will work with the commercial real estate firm to redefine the company’s interactive capabilities and develop a public relations strategy to better leverage its business and community successes, including its strong charitable and green building initiatives.
Established in 1967, Merritt Properties is a privately held commercial real estate firm that develops and owns nearly 15 million square feet of properties in the Baltimore/Washington area, ranging from Class A office to warehouse.
