While the latest reports continue to forecast slow job growth throughout the region and across the country, one Baltimore employer keeps adding to its staff. Planit, a Baltimore-based communications, marketing, and interactive agency, recently hired Melissa Franko as account supervisor, Ross Hollebon as project manager/producer, and Jason Losover as digital marketing strategist.

As account supervisor, Melissa Franko will actively contribute to the overall growth of the agency by being the face of Planit both inside the agency and out. She will play a proactive role within the account management team—from helping to establish and implement best-in-class processes and protocol around workflow and project management to improved documentation, procedures, and accountability for delivering on client expectations. Prior to joining Planit, Franko was the marketing manager at Annapolis-based The Squires Group, Inc. Over the course of her marketing career, she has worked with clients that have included Big Steaks Management, National Chicken Council, The Brick Companies, Atlantic Golf, Mitsubishi International, Arundel Habitat for Humanity, and Hispanic Heritage Awards.

 

As project manager/producer for Planit’s interactive team and senior member of the account management team, Ross Hollebon’s responsibilities include leading requirements definition, solution analysis, information architecture strategy, IA implementation, and usability and quality assurance testing. He will play a key role in managing expectations and relationships across project life cycles and beyond while incorporating a strong results-oriented mentality to help measure success and create positive ROI for clients and Planit. Hollebon has had various media roles in the NFL for the past 13 years. His former client roster includes high-profile organizations such as US Soccer, ATP World Tour, ESPNRISE, USA Swimming, International Speedway Corp., Buffalo Bills, Atlanta Falcons, Seattle Seahawks, and NFL International. Prior to joining Planit, Hollebon served as senior solutions architect and web producer for Immersion Active in Frederick, Md.

 

Jason Losover joins Planit as a digital marketing strategist, a role that involves developing and implementing comprehensive online marketing campaigns to help clients grow their business. His specialties include search engine marketing, email marketing, online marketing analytics, and website development. He comes to Planit from Hunt Valley–based Calvert Education Services, where he served as web marketing strategist.
