*Location:  Hybrid – In-person, Baltimore, MD Tues-Thurs; Remote, Mon & Fri

*Duration:  Summer 2026, 6/03/26 to 8/13/26

*Hours:  35 hours per week (Mon – Thu, 9 AM – 5 PM, and Fri 9 AM – 2:30 PM, with a  30-min break)

*Pay: $15.00/hour

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a related field (or recent graduate within the past 12 months).
• Availability to work a hybrid schedule: Office (Tue, Wed, Thu), Remote (Mon/Fri), and be on-site as needed.
• A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tackling new challenges.
• Familiarity with advertising concepts and industry trends.
