Client Challenge

Underwater Hypoxic Blackout Prevention (UHBP), a foundation established after a tragic accident, exists to save lives and families through awareness and education. In order to more effectively spread their life-saving message, they needed an intuitive, accessible, and emotionally resonant digital presence that connects with families, educators, and aquatic professionals alike.

Planit's Solution

Planit created an online hub to support crucial content, including educational materials, safety products and signage, survivor and memorial stories, news, and donations. We crafted a strategic user experience, designed a stunning user interface, and developed an accessible, easy-to-use website to strengthen UHBP’s digital reach and increase its capacity to educate.

Resources At the Ready

A brand-new information architecture makes water safety tips, training opportunities, and emergency guidance easy to digest. Ensuring that users can find exactly what they are looking for reduces the risk of missing vital information.

Color and Typography
Compelling Colors & Typography

The website uses stark contrasts to create an emotional and urgent experience. A deep, dark blue background sets a somber tone, bold, white, sans-serif typography cuts through the darkness and ensures legibility, and red and bright blue highlights stand out like a lifeline.

Simple Content Management

Built on Planit’s custom WordPress solution, the UHBP website is as flexible as it is beautiful. Site admins can easily add and edit content to create an infinite combination of branded website elements. Preset starter templates and a drag-and-drop interface increase efficiency and streamline future updates.
