Planit Still Buzzing After Big Night with Cannabis & Beer at the 47th Annual Baltimore Advertising Awards

Interactive design and brand work for Curio Wellness and Big Truck Farm Brewery honored for creative excellence

BALTIMORE Planit, a top communications, marketing and digital agency based in Baltimore, was honored at the 47th Annual American Advertising Awards Show, which was held virtually on March 4, 2021. Planit won four ADDYs — three Gold and one Silver  — for its work with Curio Wellness and Big Truck Farm Brewery.

Produced with the theme “Evolution of Industry” this year’s all-virtual event showcased superior creative work executed for local, regional, national and international brands by Maryland-based agencies, production houses and in-house marketing teams.

Planit was honored with the following awards:

  • Big Truck Farm Brewery Can Design – Gold in the category of Sales & Marketing – Packaging Campaign
  • Curio Wellness OH! Microsite – Gold in the category of Online/Interactive – Microsites
  • Curio Wellness Good Night Logo – Gold in the category of Elements of Advertising – Logo Design
  • Big Truck Farm Brewery Logo – Silver in the category of Elements of Advertising – Logo Design

Planit’s gold-winning entries will automatically move on to the District Two Awards, competing with agencies from Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Virginia and Washington, D.C. District Two awards are typically announced in April.

This year, the American Advertising Federation of Baltimore (AAFB) received more than 250 entries, resulting in 48 ADDY awards, including 32 gold, 15 silver and one student award. To ensure fair judging, three creative advertising professionals from outside of the Baltimore market reviewed each entry.
