Collaborative Client-focused, Results-driven Approach Leads to Elite Award

BALTIMORE (October 24, 2023)Planit, an award-winning, integrated marketing agency, is pleased to announce it secured a spot on Inc. Business Media’s second annual Power Partner Awards, announced earlier today. The award honors organizations across the globe that have proven track records supporting the growth of their clients through partnership and collaboration.

Inc.’s Power Partner Awards list recognizes 389 national firms in marketing and advertising, health and wellness, financial services, legal, logistics and productivity, as well as other areas of business. These partners support entrepreneurs across various facets of their business, including marketing, hiring, compliance, infrastructure development, cloud migration, fundraising, etc., allowing founders to focus on their core missions. All 389 companies received top marks directly from clients for being instrumental in helping leadership.

In the last several years, Planit experienced significant growth in key service areas, including video production, media and public relations. The agency also added several new clients to its roster. There was also a concerted effort in prioritizing relationships with current clients and key hires and promotions to best serve current and forthcoming clients. The culmination of these strategic efforts resulted in the second consecutive year that Planit’s annual revenue hit a historical high, representing a 97% improvement over 2019, 44% improvement over 2020 and 4% over 2021 (the previous highest annual revenue year).

That growth and partnership continues to positively drive client success, as exemplified in the work Planit recently conducted for Westlake Royal Building Products and DuPont®.

Westlake Royal Building Products™

Planit worked with Westlake Royal Building Products™ to launch their 2023 Boundless™ campaign. The campaign was developed in response to the company’s recent name change from Royal to Westlake Royal and growth; they acquired the North American arm of Boral Building Products at the end of 2021. In addition to the company’s growth, Boundless represents over 50 years of innovative design and the seemingly endless possibilities of Westlake Royal’s portfolio of industry-leading brands, including Exterior Portfolio® vinyl siding, Royal® Vinyl Siding, Versetta Stone®, TruExterior® Siding, Celect® Cellular Composite Siding, DaVinci® Roofscapes, Eldorado Stone® and Cultured Stone®, Zuri® Premium Decking, Atlantic Premium Shutters® and more. The campaign launched at the International Builders’ Show in January 2023 with a newly designed 100×100 booth and is currently running in trade publications (print and digital), display and paid social media.

The 4-month campaign resulted in 104.5MM total impressions; 31.5MM from TV, 42.9MM from Outdoor, 20.3MM from Digital (with 82k+ clicks, and 9MM from Radio).

DuPont®

DuPont® engaged Planit to revitalize its flagship consumer brand, Great Stuff™, including their vast line of home improvement products like spray foam sealants, caulks, adhesives, foam cleaning products, tools and accessories, and more.

In support of a key Great Stuff™ business objective of driving product demand through innovation, Planit developed an integrated marketing campaign built on the strategy of enriching and optimizing the mix of product sales toward Smart Dispenser, an applicator that offers precise, no-drip dispensing and reusability for up to 30 days. The campaign strategy leaned heavily on video to drive awareness and adoption of Great Stuff™ products with Smart Dispenser, grounded in research indicating professionals and DIYers prefer video to learn about products for their projects around the home and on the jobsite. The creative highlighted the unique technology of Smart Dispenser and the benefits of reusability and ease of use for the consumer. The campaign also included interactive digital banners, SEM, SEO, and paid social media, driving audiences to a custom landing page. The month-long campaign drove a total of 16.3MM impressions, 2.4MM video views, 47k+ visits to the Smart Dispenser landing page, and a total of 28k+ conversion clicks to “Where to Buy” buttons on product pages, contributing to an overall conversion rate of 28%.

Simultaneously, Planit launched an influencer campaign for DuPont® to not only generate awareness for the Great Stuff™ product line, but to create authentic content that both DIYers and professionals would value and trust. Planit launched an influencer campaign targeting a mix of influencers, from the DIY weekend warriors tackling their to-do list, to those who are buying products in bulk for contracting projects. Each influencer created vertical video content that was cross posted organically across Instagram and YouTube and repurposed in paid social media campaigns, driving users further into the marketing funnel. To date, the organic influencer campaign has generated over 7.5M Views, 56K Engagements, 7K+ YouTube Subscribers and 1K Instagram Followers.
